Sara attended AIB College of Business and obtained her degree in Business Administration. For the first 12 years of her career, she worked as an Executive level Administrative Assistant in each role that she had.
At 30 years of age, she took on a new role – becoming a stay at home mother. During that time, she created her Virtual Administrative company that is now known as Admin Envy. It started out as The Millennial Housewife and focused on couponing, blogging, saving money, and all things mom. Slowly it morphed into providing Executive Assistant services for clients all over the United States. She helped a variety of entrepreneurs and small business owners with many of their daily tasks, including helping several of those companies build from the ground up and was tasked with many startup responsibilities.
In 2016, Sara’s husband changed careers and started selling real estate. Shortly after he joined Sundance Realty, she was asked to assist the current owner with transaction coordination and other office duties. She quickly fell in love with real estate and the processes associated with being a Transaction Coordinator.
In 2021, she and her husband purchased Sundance Realty and became local small business owners. Shortly after, Sara decided to obtain her own real estate license to be able to fully assist in the office. She is proud to say that Sundance Realty is the only locally owned and operated real estate brokerage in Knoxville, Iowa.
Admin Envy is now expanding and specializes in new services. Sara has a small team of assistants who help with transactions and are ready to take on new agents. They will help agents with their transactions, while continuing to provide administrative support to not only agents, but small business owners as well.
