  • Create settlement statements for closing
    • includes collecting invoices for settlement statements
  • Gather paperwork for closing
  • Work with agents throughout transaction to ensure a successful closing
  • Assist with coordinating inspections (termite, property, sewer, etc)
  • Work with Closing agent / lender to ensure all documents needed for closing are prepared and in file
  • Compliance check
  • Prepare all documents for signature/closing
  • Deliver paperwork to closing (if needed)
  • Duties will vary
