Contract to Close:
- Create settlement statements for closing
- includes collecting invoices for settlement statements
- Gather paperwork for closing
- Work with agents throughout transaction to ensure a successful closing
- Assist with coordinating inspections (termite, property, sewer, etc)
- Work with Closing agent / lender to ensure all documents needed for closing are prepared and in file
- Compliance check
- Prepare all documents for signature/closing
- Deliver paperwork to closing (if needed)
- Duties will vary
